If eliminating passenger pegs:
1. Use the two included flathead 6mm bolts to bolt adapter plate to the license plate. Then use the other 2 included bolts to bolt the license plate assembly onto the bike (picture 6 + drawing)
If keeping passenger pegs:
2. Use the two included flathead 6mm bolts to bolt adapter plate into the license plate. Then, screw the two stock bolts through the passenger peg bracket, then license plate adapter, into the bike

Ducati 1299 Panigale Fender Eliminator Bracket (2015 - 2019)
Fender eliminator bracket gives you a license plate giving a fully functional and sleek license plate relocator bracket. Please note this is ONLY the license plate bracket that you may mount anywhere on your bike. This kit does not include the LED turn signals, but comes with the necessary hardware to install, and an LED plate light.
Constructed from billet aluminum and black powdercoated to give you a low-profile replacement.
