Ducati Monster 1200R Fender Eliminator Instructions
1) Loosen stock tail section by first unbolting two 4mm bolts underneath stock tail light (picture 1)
2) Remove four bolts underneath seat; two each side and lower plastic belly shield (picture 2)
3) Cut zip ties and free stock connectors, disconnecting three plugs (picture 3)
4) Remove four shoulder bolts underneath passenger seat and lower fender. You will be reusing two of these bolts (picture 4)
5) Reinstall the two shoulder bolts in rear holes (picture 5)
If installing fender eliminator with the ‘Standard’ plate mount, bolt on NRC license plate bracket to turn signal plate with M6 bolts and tooth washers (picture 6)
6) Route connectors underneath seat and reinstall plastic belly shield using stock hardware, leaving every bolt loose so you can plug new kit on (picture 7)
7) To mount kit on bike, use M5 bolts and bolt on through turn signal plate, supplied spacers, belly shield, and into bike (picture 8)
8) Plug in connectors back into stock harness
9) Put seat back on bike and ride safe
If installing fender eliminator with ‘Tucked’ plate mount, take your license plate, tucked mount, and bolt onto backside of new turn signal bracket. Follow steps 6-9 above to complete installation
