Kawasaki ZX-10R fender Eliminator (2020-Present) Instructions

Kawasaki ZX-10R fender Eliminator (2020-Present) Instructions 

1) Loosen stock fender holding stock signals and license plate

2) Remove top plastic seat fairing

3) Remove ECU plastic shield and unplug connector (Picture 1)

4) Unplug turn signal and plate light connectors, and fully remove stock fender (picture 2)

5) Mount NRC turn signal bracket onto bike with provided spacers and M6 bolts (Picture 3)

6) Mount wire cover plate to bike with provided M6x10 bolts (Picture 4)

7)  Make your connections:

            o LH Turn Signal (Black connector)

                    ● Green → Red on NRC wire

                    ● Yellow/Black → Black on NRC wire

            o RH Turn Signal (Grey Connector)

                    ● Green → Red on NRC wire

                    ● Yellow/Black → Black on NRC wire

            o Plate Light (2nd Black Connector)

                    ● Red/Blue → Red on NRC wire

                    ● Black/Yellow → Black on NRC wire

8) Reinstall ECU cover, seat fairing, and seats

If installing complete fender eliminator (Tucked Plate Location)

1) Loosen stock fender holding stock signals and license plate

2) Remove top plastic seat fairing

3) Remove ECU plastic shield and unplug connector (Picture 1)

4) Unplug turn signal and plate light connectors, and fully remove stock fender (Picture 2)

5) Mount NRC turn signal bracket / license plate bracket onto bike with provided spacers and M6 bolts (Picture 5)

6) Make your connections with supplied wiring diagram

7) Reinstall ECU cover, seat fairing, and seats
