Triumph Speed Triple RS / RR 1200 Fender Eliminator Installation Instructions
1) Remove seat
2) Unplug stock harness (picture 1)
3) Remove cover for ECU and slide ECU out of the way
4) To remove fender, unbolt 4 hex bolts on top of seat frame, and 2 hex bolts below fender (picture 2/3)
5) With provided M6x10mm bolts and tooth washers, mount NRC license plate bracket to fender eliminator plate (picture 4)
6) With provided four M6x40/45mm bolts, slide through fender eliminator plate, slide white spacers over the top, mount onto the bike, and tighten with nylon nuts (picture 5/6)
7) With provided M6x10mm bolts, screw into lower holes on fender eliminator plate (picture 7)
8) Slide plate light wires through center hole on fender eliminator plate (picture 8)
9) Make sure all bolts are tightened, and plug in provided connector into the stock harness
10) Mount ECU onto fender eliminator plate and reinstall ECU cover (picture 9)
11) Put seat back onto the bike and ride safe
If mounting EU plate bracket:
1) With provided four M6x40/45mm bolts, slide through fender eliminator plate, slide white spacers over the top, mount onto the bike, and tighten with nylon nuts (picture 10)
2) Continue on with the instructions above
If mounting ‘Tucked’ license plate bracket
1) With provided four M6x40/45mm bolts, slide through fender eliminator plate, slide white spacers over the top, mount onto the bike, and tighten with nylon nuts (picture 5/6)
2) With provided M6x12mm bolts, mount tucked plate and bolt license plate to it
3) Continue on with instructions above
